4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and carrier availability. Zmart Express is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at trade@zmartexpress.com. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
